Sidecar runs as a FastAPI Docker service with SQLite persistence under the user's control.

For DayChief v1, Sidecar should be reachable through a public HTTPS origin such as Cloudflare Tunnel.

Missing provider keys do not break health checks; tools report that auth is required until configured.
