Terms of Use

LAST UPDATED · JUNE 11, 2026

These terms apply to Sidecar materials, releases, and hosted information provided by FXA Digital Solutions LLC.

Self-Hosted Operation

Sidecar is designed to run in a user-controlled environment. Users are responsible for deploying, updating, backing up, monitoring, and securing their Sidecar runtime, including any public HTTPS exposure.

Provider Credentials and Data

Users are responsible for the provider credentials, OAuth grants, agent credentials, and data they configure in Sidecar. Users must comply with the terms and security requirements of any connected provider or agent backend.

Approvals

Sidecar is designed to present destructive tool calls as reviewable approvals. Users are responsible for reviewing action details before approving or rejecting them. FXA Digital is not responsible for actions approved by the user or for behavior of third-party services.

Availability and Support

Sidecar is provided as evolving software and may change over time. FXA Digital may provide support by agreement or at its discretion, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every provider, or error-free results.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Sidecar to violate law, compromise accounts, bypass provider limits, attack services, or automate actions without authorization and review.
