These terms govern use of DayChief, an app and hosted service provided by FXA Digital Solutions LLC.
Use of DayChief
DayChief helps users plan, draft, and prepare connected-service actions. Users are responsible for reviewing assistant outputs, approval details, and connected-service actions before relying on them or allowing them to execute.
Approvals and Connected Actions
DayChief is designed to keep supported external writes behind user confirmation. Users should review every approval carefully. FXA Digital is not responsible for incorrect instructions, incomplete review, third-party service behavior, or actions approved by the user.
Optional Connectors and Sidecar
Users may connect optional services such as Google, Todoist, and a self-hosted Sidecar. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their connected accounts, respecting provider terms, securing their Sidecar deployment, and revoking access when it is no longer needed.
Subscriptions and Entitlements
Some hosted DayChief features require a paid entitlement. Availability, limits, models, and included usage may vary by tier. Voice usage limits apply where shown in the app or product materials.
Acceptable Use
Do not use DayChief to violate law, abuse third-party services, bypass provider limits, compromise accounts, submit harmful content, or automate actions without required permission and review.
Availability and Changes
DayChief may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free results.
